Exceptional potential, but some execution could improve the experience.

The property is beautiful and just a short ride away from Montauk's lovely beaches and scenic parks, making it perfect for walking around and soaking in the surroundings; I especially enjoyed the close proximity to Montauk Downs State Park and Fort Pond Bay Park for evening strolls. The amenities like the kitchenette in our clean and comfortable room were a plus, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the indoor pool was closed for renovations, which would have been nice for the kids.

The room was impressively spacious and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the two bathrooms with showers. Room 327 had a lovely balcony, perfect for a relaxing dinner while admiring the sunset. The heating was efficient, keeping us warm during the chilly weekend. A complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate bunnies added a special touch for Easter. The view from the window was stunning, even in off-season. the stay was comfortable, and I would definitely return.

My room exceeded all expectations, featuring a private outdoor patio with a magnificent view of the bay that truly impressed me. The on-site restaurant provided a delightful dining experience, adding convenience and a tasty meal right within the accommodation.

Despite the stunning room, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The bedding appeared discolored, and the musty smell in the room was quite off-putting.

The kitchen was fully stocked, which was a nice touch even though we didn't get a chance to use it. The staff at the front desk were lovely and very accommodating, and the shuttle service was a great convenience, especially for those arriving by train like we did. The drivers were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, giving us great tips on where to explore. there were a few downsides to our experience. The bathroom fixtures were a bit worn out, with the shower being hard to regulate and not switching properly. It was also a shame that there were no hooks or racks in the room for drying beach items like swimsuits and towels. the onsite restaurant left something to be desired, with our meals not meeting our expectations. The location was a bit awkwardly far from town without a car, but the shuttle did help with getting around. despite these minor flaws, our stay at Manor was pleasant and comfortable. The historical ambiance of the building was charming, and the shuttle service was a lifesaver for us. We hope that these issues can be addressed to further enhance the experience. We would consider staying again, especially looking forward to using the indoor pool once renovations are complete.

From epic events to a delish chow, down in chic vibes , total squad goals. Tennis with epic views had us feeling pro. The outdoor pool was a vibe! Spa sesh and killer Wi, Fi kept us going. a solid choice for a wicked time with the squad.

One thing missing , a bumping nightclub vibe for us party animals.

We had an incredible time at this charming manor with breathtaking views of the water. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially when they found out it was our anniversary. The romantic setting and peaceful atmosphere made for a truly memorable experience. The on-site facilities such as the fitness center and seasonal outdoor pool were well-maintained, and the rooms were classy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

That some areas of the hotel, particularly the hallways leading to the rooms, felt a bit outdated.

we had a studio with one king bed and mini kitchen with stove and dish washer although we didn't use them. also had a balcony with table and chairs. was very comfortable for a 2 night stay. highly recommend staying at the Manor. the outdoor grounds were impeccably manicured, and we loved sitting outside looking at the water. the outside of the building was elegant and quaint. the hot tub and pool were fabulous, and the staff were very kind and attentive.
